血管紧张素转化酶2(英語:Angiotensin-converting enzyme 2ACE2)是一種附著在肺,動脈,心臟,腎臟和腸道中細胞表面(細胞膜)上的酶。是一种能催化血管紧张素I转化为血管紧张素-(1-9)[5]血管紧张素II转化为血管紧张素-(1-7)[6]外肽酶。此外,ACE2还是SARS冠状病毒SARS-CoV)、嚴重急性呼吸系統綜合症冠狀病毒2型SARS-CoV-2)和人類冠狀病毒NL63受体[7]。 ACE2对ACE抑制剂药物不敏感 [8]
