Google AI又名Google.ai，是Google一個從事人工智能的部門[1]。在2017年Google I/O上，Google CEO孫達爾·皮柴正式宣佈組建該部門[2]。TensorFlow的開發就由這個部門負責[3]。

- 為基於雲的 TPU（張量處理單元）提供服務，以開發機器學習軟件。
- TensorFlow Research Cloud 將為研究人員提供一個由 1000 個雲 TPU 組成的免費集群，以進行機器學習研究，前提是該研究是開源的，他們將研究結果發表在同行評審的科學期刊上。
