朱迪斯·巴特勒（英语：Judith Bulter，1956年2月24日－），美國後結構主義學者，其研究領域有女性主義、酷兒理論、政治哲學以及倫理學[2]。目前任教於加州大学伯克利分校修辞学與比较文学系。巴特勒在1984年从耶鲁大学获得她的哲学博士学位，后开始从事后结构主义和西方女权主义理论的研究。她被认为是“在现代政治理论中最有影响力的声音之一”[3]和今天“最有影响力的女性主义理论家之一”。[4]
她自己是犹太人，最近的工作主要集中在犹太哲学，探索国家暴力的前后和与对犹太复国主义者的批评。[5][6][7]
在政治上，她是“犹太和平之声”顾问委员会的成员[8]和抵制，撤资和制裁以色列的支持者。[9]她认同“犹太教与國家恐怖主義是无关的”[8]，并强调，以色列并不代表所有的犹太人。[10]
