5-溴-N,N-二甲基色胺是一種迷幻藥和有機溴化合物，存在於海綿Smenospongia aurea和Smenospongia echina，也存在於Verongula rigida中。^[1]^[2]^[3]^[4]它是N,N-二甲基色胺的5-溴衍生物。

動物研究表明5-溴-N,N-二甲基色胺會產生鎮靜劑和抗抑鬱藥的效果，並導致齧齒動物的運動活性顯着降低。^[5]

據報道，5-溴-N,N-二甲基色胺在20-50 mg時具有精神活性，其蒸汽具有輕微的迷幻性。^[6]
