二碘化鉑是一種無機化合物，化學式為PtI₂。它可由鉑和碘反應，或者六碘合鉑酸鉀的水溶液在240 °C分解得到。^[1]它在甲苯中和一氧化碳、磺醯氯反應，可以得到cis-Pt(CO)₂Cl₂。^[2]它和N,N'-二烷基咪唑鎓碘化物、乙酸鈉在DMSO中反應，可以得到相應的雙(卡賓)二碘化鉑配合物。^[3]
