《求闻》：中国-塞尔维亚编辑松活动自2月1日开始；2021年WMC活动计划及其他新闻
- 中塞编辑松、中国大陆维基人用户组2021年活动计划
【北京1月16日电】中国大陆维基人用户组策划将在2021年推出的维基社群活动计划公布如下：
由中国大陆维基人用户组与塞尔维亚维基媒体协会（Wikimedia Serbia）合作举办的“中国-塞尔维亚文化交流项目”的首期编辑松活动将于2021年2月1日至3月1日举行。双方旨在鼓励两地社群和编辑参与到编写中国及塞尔维亚的文化、经济、历史、政治、交通、女性等各类条目，以期增进百科质量及两国维基人之间的友谊，并为后续进一步深化合作奠定基础。
成功参与并完成该任务的编辑将会获得小奖品，有关细节正在最后的磋商中进行。具体参加页面见此。此次合作项目中方主持为Walter Grassroot、游魂、DavidHuai1999，塞方合作人士为塞尔维亚分会主席米罗斯拉夫·洛齐、社群及计划经理伊瓦娜·马德扎雷维。中方的更多讨论将在QQ群 924274260 内进行。
在该项目完成后，中国大陆维基人用户组将立即投身于推动本年度的其他编辑与合作工作，包括“维基爱中国”（Wiki Loves China 2021）和中国-孟加拉国文化交流项目。
“维基爱中国”是一项鼓励维基人向维基共享资源上传跟中国有关的图片、视频、文档等媒体资料的活动。维基爱中国活动先前曾在2019年实验性地举办过一次，当时活动仅针对已经有维基百科和维基共享资源贡献经验的老手，并未对外主动推广宣传。2019年活动期间，有上千跟中国相关的媒体资源被上传至维基共享资源。2021年的维基爱中国活动将面向新手推广，也会面向站内宣传。活动预计将持续11周，其中前3周为面向老手的预热，中间4周为面向面向新手的推广阶段，最后4周为对本次活动上传的媒体资料进行分类、整理、评选的阶段。本次维基爱中国活动将在同塞尔维亚和孟加拉国社群联合举办的编辑松时间段之外择机举行。
北京的维基媒体社群计划自2021年3月开始恢复定期聚会，预计定期聚会将以一月一办的频次举行，持续至少半年时间。北京月聚举办的具体情况将取决于当地社群主持者的个人意愿，以及北京的疫情防控情况。聚会细节将举办前公布。
我们诚恳地欢迎各位编辑积极参与到这些活动中，共同领导并促进中文维基百科及维基媒体的发展。
- 台中举办维基百科20周年庆祝活动
【厦门1月15日电】台湾台中消息：在维基百科成立20周年之际，台中社群举办了一次庆祝聚会。在台中当地的线下聚会由维基人“安可”组织，在昵称“维基基地”的聚会场所举行，共有四人参与，另有一名大陆维基人通过视频参会。聚会成员观看了维基媒体计划20周年庆祝视频，分食了蛋糕。聚会持续约2小时30分，主要讨论近期维基百科条目的撰写协作计划、“馆联”（GLAM）相关情况、维基学院和维基数据相关情况，也进行了新手答疑。与会人员还收集了各方对维基百科的生日祝福，誊写后张贴在聚会场所的墙壁上。
- 北京元旦聚会成功举办
【北京1月2日电】北京2021年元旦维基聚会在1日成功举办。共十余人参加。这是今年国内首次维基百科线下活动。
本次聚会由早10点进行到了晚9点。组织者为新手提供了教学和指导。聚会在北京疫情常态化防控的背景下进行，参加者均采取了防范新冠肺炎的适当措施。
聚会讨论了中国大陆维基人用户组定于2021年举办的各类活动和用户组中长期发展规划。在去年年底，中国大陆维基人用户组跟外国社群初步达成了合作活动的意向，用户组还决定在2021年继续开办“维基爱中国”照片上传活动。聚会初步决定有关活动细节将在1月中旬前后公布。聚会还决定要加速推动用户组章程修订。
聚会还研究了其他事项。

- Continued working on the Query Builder. We continued to set up tracking for the number of queries that result in an error, timeout, etc. (phab:T269224). We als made it possible to query for Item values (phab:T268814). You can always try the current state on the test system.
- Finished fixing an issue with whitespace being stripped while typing when editing Lexemes (phab:T250550)
- Worked on no error being shown when trying to save Lemma with invalid language code (phab:T265783)
- Working on using Special:MyLanguage feature for more links in the Wikidata Query Service interface to redirect people to documentation in their language (phab:T267656)
- Continued interviewing people to better understand how to best compare Wikidata's data against other databases in order to find mismatches that need the editors' attention

处于中国大陆的维基人你们好，我是小哲，长期关注中国大陆的网络封锁，并准备作为我的论文议题。
在去年10月份左右我开始发现部分省的DNS对于某些敏感域名的返回结果开始趋于正常，但是不久后再未观察到，直到今年开始我注意到GFW已经在大陆华北、华东和华南地区完全不再使用DNS污染作为封锁措施。
经过我的位于中国北东南三台服务器测试发现，对于大部分敏感域名解析结果都正常，这包括了维基百科谷歌在内众多网站，小部分的例外可能是受缓存影响将继续观察，但我推测可能是全部解封了，所以现将这个“好”消息告诉大陆的各个维基人，希望诸位可以亲自测试下维基百科的解析结果。 坏消息恐怕也要告诉你们，由于采用了多种阻断措施，所以即便解析结果正确，也难以访问，我将这次解封视为一次升级。猫和鼠的博弈究竟谁赢谁输，我会继续关注。

- 记得早就有反馈说部分地区没DNS污染了。现在的情况是五个服务器有一个完全无法ping，两个封了端口导致HTTPS下无法访问。题外话：似乎近些天来封IP端口的问题越来越多了，例如Flutter的官方网站在部分网络下无法访问就是因为这些网络解析到了一个可以ping但端口被封了的IP地址。--🔨（留言） 2021年1月19日 (二) 01:26 (UTC)

- Continued working on the Query Builder: made it possible to limit the number of results in the result set, made it possible to include results from subclasses when querying for Item values, worked on negating queries and started on sharing of queries via URL. As always you can try the current state on the test system.
- Making links in the Query Service redirect to the proper translations of their pages on-wiki by using Special:MyLanguage redirects (phab:T267656)
- Working on fixing an issue with displaying large numbers for quantity values (phab:T268456)

Project Grant Open Call
This is the announcement for the Project Grants program open call that started on January 11, with the submission deadline of February 10, 2021.
This first open call will be focussed on Community Organizing proposals. A second open call focused on research and software proposals is scheduled from February 15 with a submission deadline of March 16, 2021.
For the Round 1 open call, we invite you to propose grant applications that fall under community development and organizing (offline and online) categories. Project Grant funds are available to support individuals, groups, and organizations to implement new experiments and proven ideas, from organizing a better process on your wiki, coordinating a campaign or editathon series to providing other support for community building. We offer the following resources to help you plan your project and complete a grant proposal:
- Weekly proposals clinics via Zoom during the Open Call. Join us for #Upcoming_Proposal_Clinics|real-time discussions with Program Officers and select thematic experts and get live feedback about your Project Grants proposal. We’ll answer questions and help you make your proposal better. We also offer these support pages to help you build your proposal:
