英國君主伊麗莎白二世王夫愛丁堡公爵菲利普親王因年邁於2021年4月9日上午去世，享耆壽99歲，葬禮於4月17日在聖喬治禮拜堂舉行，靈柩暫厝於該禮拜堂下的皇家墓室，白金漢宮依照當時的防疫規範，限制僅30人參與葬禮[1]。2022年9月20日，菲利普親王的靈柩從皇家墓室遷移到國王喬治六世紀念禮拜堂與妻子伊莉莎白二世共同入葬[2][3]。

福斯橋行動[編輯]

親王逝世後，英國政府立即啟動預劃多時的「福斯橋行動」。[4]依親王遺願，後事一切從簡，以簡單的皇家儀式取代國葬[5]，亦不設弔唁儀式（英語：lie in state）[2][6]。在新聞稿發布之前，宮務大臣已先與女王完成相關討論，之後白金漢宮同時向英國廣播公司（BBC）和新聞協會（英語：PA Media）發布新聞稿，此時BBC等媒體在得知親王駕崩後，當時播放的節目第一時間即插播成寫有「News Report」（快訊）的黑白字卡，隨後由BBC新聞主播瑪蒂娜·克羅克索爾（英語：Martine Croxall）身着黑衣、語帶哽咽地向觀眾宣布菲利普親王的死訊，之後播放英國國歌，同時畫面配以愛丁堡公爵菲利普親王紋章及肖像；除CBBC和CBeebies之外的BBC電視頻道暫停正常節目播出至當天18:00。BBC廣播節目被英國國歌打斷，隨後也改為播出較為低沉的音樂，其它英國媒體也有類似的安排。[7]在為期八天的哀悼期中，國會必須暫時休會，所有議案延期辦理。此外，英國政府下令全國降半旗、所有電視節目主持人都必須穿著黑色服飾[2]。

遊行與教堂儀式[編輯]

英國廣播公司出動電視第一台、新聞台，以及廣播四台和五台（英語：BBC Radio 5 Live）現場直播喪禮實況，另外獨立電視台、天空新聞台、天空第一台也有轉播[8]。美國廣播公司、有線電視新聞網、福斯新聞頻道、MSNBC和全國廣播公司在美國同步直播喪禮[9][10]。

喪禮於4月17日舉行，靈柩上覆親王個人的旗幟，旗幟上面是親王的海軍大盤帽和佩劍，配以白玫瑰和百合花，上附女王寫的悼念卡[5][11][12]。儀式前，靈柩先安奉於溫莎城堡私人教堂[13]再從教堂移到城堡內廳[14]。此時，軍樂團隊伍進入溫莎城堡四方院（Quadrangle），沿途吹奏樂曲《耶路撒冷》、《祖國我向你立誓》、《Supreme Sacrifice》、《Isle of Beauty》和《Nimrod》[15]。

菲利普親王靈柩有四等分紋章式的旗幟覆蓋，左上為丹麥國徽，右上為希臘國徽、左下為蒙巴頓家族紋章，右下為愛丁堡徽章（英語：Coat of arms of Edinburgh）[5]。

扶靈衛兵身穿橄欖綠服裝，將親王靈柩置放於親王曾參予設計的路虎衛士（英語：Land Rover Defender#Td5 engine）上[5][11][16]。之後靈柩從四方亭離開，其後的送葬隊伍依次為親王子嗣、女婿[17][18]，隨後是坐在賓利豪華禮車（英語：Bentley State Limousine）的女王。靈柩前的隊伍包括皇家近衛騎兵、擲彈兵衛隊及與親王有關係的軍事部隊[19]。隊列從四方形前進到馬蹄迴廊（Horseshoe Cloister），由擲彈兵衛隊軍樂團打頭陣，軍隊指揮官和參謀長緊隨其後[5][11]。皇家海軍、皇家海軍陸戰隊、蘇格蘭皇家軍團第4營高地人（英語：Highlanders (Seaforth, Gordons and Camerons)）和皇家空軍也在隊伍中[19]。皇家馬炮兵國王部隊（英語：King's Troop, Royal Horse Artillery）鳴槍數分鐘[20]。

在步行到達聖喬治禮拜堂後，八名皇家海軍陸戰隊的扶靈士兵將靈柩放置在西側台階，皇家近衛騎兵列隊在旁[11]。下午2點53分，步兵團儀仗隊演奏英國國歌，皇家海軍在旁吹奏風笛，其後全國默哀3分鐘[19]。約730名軍人出現在溫莎城堡，其中有四支軍樂團[21]。

溫莎教長（英語：Dean of Windsor）戴維·康納（英語：David Conner (bishop)）和坎特伯雷大主教賈斯汀·韋爾比主持喪禮儀式[5]。禮拜堂祭壇的墊子繡着親王的各個紋章，包括英國及英聯邦國家授予的獎項和裝飾、陸軍元帥權杖、皇家空軍機翼、丹麥的大象勳章和希臘的救世主勳章[22][23]。儀式期間，四名歌手演唱簡化的合唱歌曲[24]。

按照親王的遺願，儀式不設布道或頌詞（英語：Eulogy），儀式著重強調親王與皇家海軍的聯繫及對海洋的熱愛[25]。喪禮開頭的合唱歌曲為威廉·克羅夫特創作的《喪禮進行曲》（Funeral Sentences）[26]。

溫莎教長先誦讀《便西拉智訓》第43章第11到26節，之後坎特伯雷大主教誦讀《約翰福音》第11章第21到27節。威廉·洛夫拉迪（英語：William Lovelady）受親王委託，為《詩篇104（英語：Psalm 104）》的演唱伴奏[26][27]。儀式上的讚美詩包括通常用來讚美海員的《永恆聖父，恩能無邊（英語：Eternal Father, Strong to Save）》、《歡呼頌（英語：Jubilate Deo (Britten)）》（由親王指定）和《集禱頌（英語：Kontakion）》，由沃爾特·帕拉特（英語：Walter Parratt）爵士配樂[26]。溫莎教長讚揚親王「堅定不移地忠誠於」女王，忠誠服務國家和英聯邦[25]。教長也在靈柩落入皇家墓室（Royal Vault）時表達讚揚，同時皇家蘇格蘭兵團吹號手吹奏哀樂，從北奎爾走廊（North Quire Aisle）前往教長迴廊（Dean's Cloister）。儀式以嘉德紋章官（英語：Garter King at Arms）托馬斯·伍德科克（英語：Thomas Woodcock (officer of arms)）布告公爵的名號和頭銜、《最後崗位》、坎特伯雷大主教祝禱、《起床號》和英國國歌結束[26]。

受2019冠狀病毒病疫情期間的大型集會限制規定影響，除扶靈者和神職人員等工作人員外[33]喪禮出席人數限制在30人[5]。因此，只有王室成員和少數親戚參加了教堂內的儀式[11]。出席者須保持兩米間隔，全程佩戴口罩，不唱歌[34]，儀式期間女王獨坐[24]。

原計劃回國出席六月的親王百歲壽辰及七月的母親戴安娜雕像揭幕儀式的哈里王子，於喪禮六天前，從美國加利福尼亞州獨自回國[1][35][36]。薩塞克斯公爵夫人梅根懷有身孕，未獲醫生批准出行[37]。其他出席者包括霍亨洛厄-朗根堡菲利普王子（親王姐姐希臘的瑪格麗塔公主的孫子）、巴登王儲伯恩哈德（親王姐姐狄奧多拉公主（英語：Princess Theodora of Greece and Denmark (1906–1969)）的孫子）。親王也請求因二戰未能出席他婚禮（英語：Wedding of Princess Elizabeth and Philip Mountbatten）的德國親戚前來葬禮。英國首相鮑里斯·約翰遜表示因為人數限制，不會出席喪禮，以儘可能讓親王的至親出席[38]。

英國和紐西蘭駐斯德哥爾摩大使館皆於4月9日下半旗致哀

王室網站暫時刪除了所有內容，並用黑色背景替換了內容，並顯示白金漢宮的聲明。[41]

英國首相鮑里斯·約翰遜在唐寧街10號的台階上發表講話表示哀悼，並說菲利普親王「是深受每個世代愛戴的王室成員，也幫助了英國君主制的建立，讓君主制適時發揮它的功能，使英國人都過著安定又幸福的生活」[42][43][44]。

反對黨領袖凱爾·斯塔摩表示英國失去了一位傑出的公務員，並強調他對皇家海軍及女王的奉獻。[45]
