來索吡瓊（INN：lesopitron；開發代號：E-4424）是5-HT_1A受體的選擇性完全激動劑，其結構與阿扎匹隆相關。^[1]2001 年，Esteve將其開發作為抗焦慮藥，用於治療廣泛性焦慮症。^[2]^[3]它進入了II期臨床試驗，但開發進度已停止，因為此後沒有出現關於來索吡瓊的新消息。^[2]^[3]
