苯呋洛爾（INN：Befunolol）是一種具有內在擬交感活性的β受體阻滯劑，用於治療開角型青光眼。^[1]它還充當β-腎上腺素能受體部分激動劑。^[2]^[3]苯呋洛爾於1983年由科研藥化工（Kakenyaku Kako）在日本推出，商品名為Bentos。^[4]
