拉維語(自稱：Swoeng或səlwəŋ)是一種孟高棉語族巴拿語支語言，分布在寮國塞公省。Chazée (1999:95)估計人口有500，2015年寮國人口普查結果，拉維語人口有1215人。

拉維語由泰國語言學家蒂拉班·琅東坎在1990年代晚期發現。它是西巴拿語支內與其他語言分別最大的語言(Sidwell 2003)。拉維語使用者居住在Ban Lavi(也稱Ban Fandeng)，在塞公市南8km。使用者還分布在沙拉灣省佬干縣、占巴塞省巴松縣和塞公省他登縣。

2018年申請了iso 639-3碼。
