甲萘醌(英語:Menadione,也称为2-甲基-1,4-萘醌,Menadione,2-Methylnaphthalene-1,4-dione,有时也称作维生素K3)[2]是一种化学式为 C6H4(CO)2C2H(CH3)的有机化合物,可看作1,4-萘醌在2号为增加了一个甲基的结构类似物[3]。
