小菲利普·托爾·「菲爾」·希爾（英文：Philip Toll "Phil" Hill, Jr.，1927年4月20日—2008年8月28日）是一位美國賽車手，他也是唯一一位出生於美國並最終獲得F1車手世界冠軍的車手（馬里奧·安德烈提是另外一名獲得F1車手世界冠軍的車手，但是他並非出生於美國）。菲爾·希爾還3次贏得勒芒24小時耐力賽（1958，1961，1962）和百靈賽車12小時。
菲爾·希爾經常被外人形容為「周到、溫柔的男人」（thoughtful，gentle man），他曾經也說過：「我入錯了行。我並不想去擊敗任何人，我也不想成為大英雄。我基本上是個愛好和平的人。（I'm in the wrong business. I don't want to beat anybody, I don't want to be the big hero. I'm a peace-loving man, basically.）」[2]
