老盛語(lao21 sɛŋ21；也稱kʰa55)是老撾北部一種彝語。大衛·布拉德利(2007)^[1]給出的內名是law21 sɛŋ21。

Kingsada (1999)記錄了豐沙里省本代縣Chaho村的lao21 sɛŋ21語，而while Kato (2008)記錄了豐沙里省約烏縣Namnat村的kʰa55語。
