阿普洛爾（英語：Alprenolol），或叫烯丙洛爾，是一種非選擇性β受體阻滯劑以及5-HT_1A和5-HT_1B受體拮抗劑，^[1]用於治療心絞痛。^[2]它不再由阿斯利康銷售，但仍可從其他製藥公司購買。
