開放手機聯盟（英語：Open Handset Alliance，簡稱OHA）[2][3]是一個由手機製造商、軟件開發商、半导体製造商、電信運營商等企業組成的商業聯盟，目标是為行動裝置開發開放標準。

歷史

開放手機聯盟成立於2007年11月5日，由Google與34間手機製造商、軟件開發商、電信運營商和芯片製造商一同創組。[4] 聯盟中基於開放源碼許可證的旗艦軟件Android，將與其他行動平台如蘋果公司、微軟、諾基亞、Palm、Research In Motion、Symbian和Bada競爭。

開放手機聯盟於2007年11月5日成立的同時，它也發佈了基於Linux操作系統的開源手機平台Android。早期的Android SDK發佈於2007年11月12日。[5]

第一部運行Android的手機是HTC Dream；其客製化版本T-Mobile G1於2008年8月18日得到美國聯邦通信委員會的批准[6]，並於2008年10月22日開始發售。[7]
