拉余語（越南語：Xá Phó、Phù Lá Lã）是一種在越南西北部使用的彝語。[3]老街省沙壩市社南西村使用者的內名是la21 ɣɯ44，而在山羅省是la21 ɔ44 (Edmondson 1999)。拉餘人也被越南人稱為Phù Lá Lão。
Edmondson認為拉余語和彝語有相關鍊並不互相包含。Jamin Pelkey （2011）認為拉余語是彝語東南部方言。
分布[編輯]
拉余語在下列地區使用，總人數約1,000人(Edmondson 1999 & 2002)。
在越南，拉余語使用者被歸為夫拉族。一些拉餘人被稱作「黑夫拉」，其他人則是「花夫拉」。
