第一次施托卡赫战役是第二次反法同盟的一场战役，由法国督政府对抗神圣罗马帝国。法国由茹尔当率领四万人进军，而奥地利则由卡尔大公率领六万人进攻。卡尔大公的亲自上阵对于奥地利人来讲是极为重要的，他在重重的战斗中，争取等待增援部队到来的时间。法军被击败并退回了莱茵河.
