副脾是在脾脏之外独立存在的、具有脾组织与脾功能的小结节。人群中副脾的存在率约10%。[1]典型为直径1cm。类似于一个淋巴结或小型的脾脏。发育异常或創傷。[2]临床上可导致医学图像的解读错误。[2]或导致脾摘除术后症状依然存在。[1] 多脾症是有多个副脾。
副脾多见于脾门（the hilum of the spleen），相邻于胰尾。
