Pixel 4及Pixel 4 XL是由Google發佈的Android智能電話，兩款手機分別為Pixel 3及Pixel 3 XL的後繼機型。Google於2019年6月公佈Pixel 4系列的背部外觀，證實其存在[3]。該系列手機於2019年10月15日在Google的新品發佈會上正式公佈，並於10月24日在美國正式發售[4]。
2020年8月3日，Google發佈了Pixel 4系列對應的中階組態機型Pixel 4a，並在同年9月30日正式發佈Pixel 4a的5G版本[5][6]。

Pixel 4和4 XL使用的熒幕玻璃為康寧大猩猩玻璃5代。兩款手機各有三種顏色的版本：「純粹黑」（Just Black，電源按鈕為白色）、「就是白」（Clearly White，電源按鈕為橙色）和「如此橘」（Oh So Orange，電源按鈕為粉色），其中「純粹黑」的背面較為光滑，而「就是白」和「如此橘」則具有啞光質感。[7][8]由於Pixel 3 XL的瀏海設計備受批評，Pixel 4和Pixel 4 XL均無瀏海設計[9]。尺寸方面，Pixel 4的尺寸為5.7英寸，Pixel 4 XL則為6.3英寸，兩款機型熒幕的高寬比均為19:9。[10]
硬件[編輯]
Pixel 4系列手機搭載高通驍龍855（包含八核Kryo 485 CPU、Adreno 640 GPU和Hexagon 690 DSP）以及6GB記憶體。內部儲存空間方面，該系列提供64GB和128GB兩種版本供用戶選擇。Pixel 4系列兩款手機的電池容量各有不同，其中Pixel 4的電池容量為2800mAh，而Pixel 4 XL的電池容量則為3700mAh，兩款機型均支援18W的快速充電以及Qi無線充電。與前代Pixel相同的是，該系列的兩款手機均達到了IP68的防水防塵等級。[10]Pixel 4系列沒有配備3.5毫米音頻介面。手機底部的USB-C介面可用於充電、音頻輸出及連接其他裝置，儘管包裝盒內並未提供USB-C至3.5mm轉接線[9]。另外，該手機配備了名為「Pixel神經核心（Pixel Neural Core）」的晶片，據報道，該晶片取代前代Pixel機型所使用的「Pixel視覺核心（Pixel Visual Core）」，利用神經網絡技術處理圖像[9]。
Pixel 4系列採用支援HDR的OLED熒幕，並支援90Hz重新整理頻率[10]。解像度方面，Pixel 4的熒幕解像度為1080P，Pixel 4 XL則為1440P。生物辨識方面，Pixel 4系列取消了前代Pixel配備的指紋感測器，面部辨識是該系列手機唯一提供的生物辨識手段。[10]

Pixel 4系列在後背配備一個方形網絡攝影機模組，模組內有兩個網絡攝影機、一個閃光燈和一個感測器，這是Google Pixel系列首個擁有兩個後置網絡攝影機的機型。兩個後置網絡攝影機分別為1220萬像素和1600萬像素[10]。後置網絡攝影機支援錄製4K影片，但僅支援30幀錄製，並不支援市場上其他同期發佈手機所支援的60幀錄製。對此Google官方的解釋是多數用戶錄製影片時使用1080P解像度，另外在4K/60幀模式下錄製影片，每分鐘佔用空間過大[11]。Google宣稱該系列手機支援8倍變焦[12]。同時其夜間拍攝模式也有所改進，方便拍攝夜間星空[13]。Pixel 4系列在前端配備一個800萬像素的網絡攝影機，和Pixel 3系列不同的是，該系列沒有配備輔助前置網絡攝影機[14]。
Motion Sense[編輯]
Pixel 4系列是第一款支援Motion Sense功能的手機，該功能通過Google先進科技與計劃部門研發的Project Soli雷達感應器進行手勢檢測，方便用戶隔空操作手機。該功能所支援的隔空操作包括解鎖熒幕以及一切以手勢進行的操作（包括切換歌曲、停止鬧鐘、電話靜音等）。Google還與寶可夢合作開發了一款應用軟件，用戶通過該軟件可以隔空與熒幕中的寵物小精靈進行互動。[9][15][16]
Motion Sense功能依賴60GHz的頻段，Google需要在對應銷售的國家和地區申請才能使用這一功能。因此Google方面設定當手機探測到用戶進入到一個不支援的國家或地區的時候，會鎖定這一功能。在Pixel 4剛發佈時，Google公佈了支援Motion Sense的國家和地區名單，名單包括澳大利亞、加拿大、「大部分歐洲國家和地區」、新加坡、台灣和美國。儘管日本一開始並不在這一名單當中，但Google方面於2020年2月4日解除了在該國使用該功能的限制[17]。由於印度僅允許政府和軍隊使用60GHz頻段，Google決定不在印度銷售Pixel 4系列手機[18][19][20]。
軟件[編輯]
Pixel 4系列的出廠原裝系統為Android 10[21]。Google計劃為該系列手機提供三年的系統更新支援。應用方面，該系列手機預裝Google Camera 7.1、Google Recorder（錄製音頻並將其轉換為可搜尋及編輯的文字）以及新版的Google Assistant[9]。
反響[編輯]
Ars Technica整體上表揚Pixel 4系列90Hz高重新整理頻率的熒幕以及白色版本和橙色版本的質感，但批評該手機的Motion Sense功能，稱用戶需要很大的揮手幅度，活動整個肘部才能讓Motion Sense成功辨識。[7]
Google在前代Pixel提供雲端無限量儲存原始質素相片及影片的服務，然而這一服務在Pixel 4系列不再提供。Google的這一做法也受到了廣泛的批評。[22][23]
2019年10月21日，DxOMark公佈Pixel 4系列的拍攝評分，其中綜合評分為112分（比Pixel 3系列高出10分以上），拍攝評分為117分，影片評分為101分，自拍評分為92分[24]。
Pixel 4發佈後，銷量低於預期，Google Pixel團隊負責人在發佈前就表示對手機不是很有信心，在會議上對手機多個決策並不贊同，尤其是電池方面，而兩名高管也因Pixel 4的失敗而離職。[25]
問題[編輯]
- Pixel 4系列發佈後不久，BBC等媒體報道稱當使用面部辨識解鎖該手機時，即便閉上眼睛也能成功解鎖，這增加了私隱泄露的風險[26]。其後Google官方回應稱將在後續系統更新中加入僅允許睜開眼睛解鎖的選項[27]。最終該選項在2020年4月初的系統更新中正式添加[28]。
- 當熒幕亮度小於75%時，手機會自動將熒幕重新整理頻率降至60Hz。這一問題由Reddit網民率先發現，之後由XDA通過測試證實。其後Google官方回應稱為了節省電量，系統會在部分情況下降低熒幕重新整理頻率。Google方面同時承諾會推出後續更新，以便在更多亮度條件下使用90Hz重新整理頻率。[29][30]2019年11月初，Google發佈更新，該更新對90Hz重新整理頻率的使用條件進行了調整[31][32]。
- 在部分光源環境中，該系列手機的自動白平衡會出現問題。該問題已在Google於2019年11月初發佈的更新中修復[33]。
