氟氧头孢（英语：Flomoxef，INN) 是一种头孢菌素类的抗生素，属于氧头孢烯（头孢烯中不饱和六元环的硫原子被氧厡子取代）以及四唑类药物，由盐野义制药研发。

氟氧头孢曾被分类为第二代^[1]及第四代^[2]的头孢菌素。

1988年时，此药物获准医疗使用，商品名称氟霉宁（Flumarin）^[3]。
