廣泛性發展障礙（Pervasive developmental disorders，簡稱PDD）是與特殊性發展障礙（Specific developmental disorder）相對應的分類名稱。此概念被收錄於世界衛生組織制定的《國際疾病分類手冊第十版》（ICD-10），以及美國精神醫學學會過去出版的《精神疾病診斷與統計手冊第四版》（DSM-IV）分類體系中[1][2]。
廣泛性發展障礙包含五種精神與行為障礙，特徵為社交與溝通能力等功能出現發展障礙，包括自閉症、亞斯伯格症候群、待分類的廣泛性發展障礙、兒童期崩解症以及蕾特氏症。隨著DSM-5與ICD-11的發布，前四種障礙現已統稱為自閉症類群障礙，不再使用廣泛性發展障礙這一概念[3][4]。至於蕾特氏症因其病理特性較為特殊且罕見，有時被歸類於自閉症光譜中，有時則否[5][6]。
