依法西泮（英語：Elfazepam[1]）是一種藥物，是苯二氮䓬類衍生物。[2]據推測，它與其他苯二氮䓬類藥物一樣具有鎮靜和抗焦慮作用。
該藥物在動物體內具有食慾特性。[3][4]該藥物增加進食量的機制尚不清楚，並且一直在進行研究中。[5]已發現依法西泮能夠抑制胃酸的分泌。[6]
合成[編輯]
二苯甲酮衍生物(1)與掩蔽為2,5-噁唑烷二酮(2)的甘氨酸等效物反應，得到最終產物(3)依法西泮。
