第二次苏黎世战役（法语：Deuxième bataille de Zurich）发生于1799年9月25至1799年9月26日，是第二次反法同盟中的一场关键战役，安德烈·马塞纳在此战击败由亚历山大·科萨科夫（英语：Alexander Korsakov）指挥的奥地利-俄罗斯联军，成功打破第一次苏黎世战役后长达三个月的僵局，并成功逼退苏沃洛夫的军队。此战后俄国远征军大多已损失惨重，迫使俄国退出第二次反法同盟。^[3]
