「那…又怎麼說」論（英語：whataboutism、whataboutery）[1]，又稱「那你們還…」論，是應對指控時，不回答或討論關鍵問題或論點，反指控對方或提出其他關鍵問題，以反駁指控的一種技巧或行爲。[2][3]這種技巧被認為是你也一樣謬誤的變體和訴諸人身的子類型。[4][5][6][7]
蘇聯在冷戰時期曾對西方世界使用這種政治宣傳技巧。[8]每當有人批評蘇聯，就會獲得形如「那西方（的某某事物）呢？」（What about…?）的回應。[9][10]
Whataboutism 這個詞於2008年由愛德華·盧卡斯的一篇《經濟學人》文章帶火。盧卡斯稱，包括這種策略在內的不少冷戰和蘇聯思想，都仍可見於現代俄羅斯政治。[9]

按照《大西洋》雜誌報導，「那你們還」這個技巧最早用於1947年在《真理報》上發布的一篇回應上。伊利亞·愛倫堡對威廉·埃夫里爾·哈里曼批判「蘇聯帝國主義」的演講回應稱，美國對種族和少數群體的法律政策再差，蘇聯也沒有用「侮辱全人類人格」的藉口發動戰爭。[11]
這個技法隨著冷戰末期漸漸消亡，但在後蘇聯時代的俄羅斯政府對於人權等各種批評的回應中被認為又死灰復燃。[9] 《衛報》撰稿人米里亞姆·埃德爾評論說，俄羅斯總統新聞秘書德米特里·佩斯科夫經常使用這種技法，躲開了大部分關於違反人權的批評。

"Whataboutism" is another name for the logical fallacy of "tu quoque" (Latin for "you also"), in which an accusation is met with a counter-accusation, pivoting away from the original criticism. The strategy has been a hallmark of Soviet and post-Soviet propaganda, and some commentators have accused President Donald Trump of mimicking Mr. Putin's use of the technique.
