城內聖保羅教堂（意大利語：Chiesa di San Paolo dentro le Mura；英語：Saint Paul's Within the Walls）是意大利羅馬市的一座教堂，位於民族街。這座教堂屬於美國聖公會，是意大利統一後在羅馬興建的第一座非天主教教堂。
羅伯特 J. 內文牧師購買了這塊土地，並獲得意大利政府必要的授權，為羅馬的美國聖公會社團興建這座宗教建築，在此之前，他們借用美國駐教廷使館舉行禮拜。
教堂興建於1873年到1880年，風格為羅曼-哥特復興式，外觀特點是紅色與灰色磚石間隔。在立面的玫瑰窗有福音的標誌。內部有三個殿，後殿的馬賽克裝飾是英國藝術家愛德華·伯納·瓊斯的作品，描繪使徒約翰啟示錄的場景。
令人驚訝的是，後殿馬賽克鑲嵌畫中的古代聖人長着19世紀的面孔：聖安德烈長着亞伯拉罕·林肯的臉，聖雅各長着朱塞佩·加里波第的臉，聖帕特里克長着美國南北戰爭的明星格蘭特將軍的臉。
半圓穹頂上的馬賽克描繪「坐在新耶路撒冷王座上的基督」，穿着白袍的基督身後呈現了藍色的智天使和紅色的熾天使，生命之泉自王座下方流溢而出。左右兩邊有五名天使長站立在天國的門前，從左到右分別是：手捧太陽的烏列爾，身穿鎧甲的米迦勒，手持報喜百合的加百列，聖杯天使基繆爾，以及手捧月亮的祖菲爾。[1]基督和米迦勒之間空缺的位置象徵路西法的墮落。[2]
