异睡症(英语:parasomnia)是睡眠障碍的其中一种,涉及异常的动作、行为、情绪、感知和发生在入睡、睡眠、睡眠阶段之间或唤醒时所做的梦。异睡症是游离的睡眠状态,在清醒、非快速动眼睡眠和快速动眼睡眠及其组合之间的过渡过程中是部分唤醒的。
分类
[编辑]最新版本的《国际睡眠障碍分类》(ICSD,第3版)使用状态分离作为异睡症的范例。[1][2]以往,清醒状态、非快速动眼睡眠和快速动眼睡眠被视为排他性状态,只会个别出现并有明确的界线,但近期研究表明,这些状态彼此之间的组合是可能的,因此可能导致异常的不稳定状态,最终表现为异睡症或意识水平改变。[1][3][4][5][6][7]
尽管先前的定义在技术上是正确的,但它仍存在缺陷。对状态分离范例的考虑有助于对睡眠障碍的理解,并提供了10个核心类别的分类。[1][2]
