恐童，也称为恐孩、儿童恐惧症（英语：Pedophobia）， 是一种关于12岁以下儿童和婴儿的恐怖症。[1]表现为一种对儿童或青少年的恐惧、蔑视、厌恶或偏见的情绪状态。恐童症的英语Pedophobia在某些用法上与恐少年症ephebiphobia相同。[2][3][4] 精神病学已经有多种对恐童的研究，[5]有研究认为对儿童的恐惧是影响受孕的一个因素。[6][7]
