哈拉卡（希伯來語：הלכה，halakhah，Halacha，Halocho，中文又譯作哈拉哈），是猶太教口傳律法的統稱。其內容包括所有《米示拿》與《革馬拉》裏的律法、規章，以及與它們相關的一切判例與參考意見。
《妥拉》的誡命形成了《哈拉卡》的基礎，是猶太人必須遵循的道德與禮儀律令，也象徵着「應當遵循」的行為標準。
從古至今，《妥拉》律法透過《米示拿》、《他勒母》、《米示拿妥拉》、《四冊法典》、《備好的桌子》與《答問集》等經典文獻不斷地被修正、延伸、擴充，甚至被限縮。這一系列的律法文獻藉由案例法的詮釋與演進來發展《哈拉卡》。
