倫敦國王學院（King's College London，簡稱KCL）是倫敦大學的創校學院之一，1829年由英王喬治四世和首相威靈頓公爵於倫敦泰晤士河畔精華地帶所創建，是英國金三角名校和羅素大學集團的知名學院，培養出許多諾貝爾獎得主。2007年泰晤士專上教育增刊（THES）的大學排名為全球第24與全歐第6。2005年《衛報》曾盛讚當時倫敦大學四大學院（倫敦國王學院、倫敦政經學院、帝國理工學院和倫敦大學學院），譽其在英國學術聲望可與牛津、劍橋相比擬。^[1]

1754年，英王喬治二世依《國王憲章》在新大陸成立國王學院（The Kings College），但1783年美國獨立戰爭結束後，國王學院被改名為哥倫比亞大學，以紀念美洲發現者哥倫布。1829年，英王喬治四世和首相威靈頓公爵再於倫敦市中心泰晤士河畔創立國王學院──倫敦國王學院並於1836年與倫敦大學學院合併成為倫敦大學。2008年時國王學院已有13,000名大學部學生與 6,200 名研究生。

在英國政府2004年的RAE研究評鑑中，國王學院有24項學科穫得滿分5*或5分的評價。而根據2006年泰晤士優良大學的分科指南，國王學院的音樂、牙醫、歷史、美國研究、哲學與西洋古典學在全英國均排名前五名。

Strand 校區: 位於泰晤士河北岸。該校區以人文學科、法律、社會科學與公共政策為主。物理、工程與數學亦座落在Strand主大樓。
Waterloo 校區: 位於泰晤士河南岸，與Strand校區隔河相對。校長室與主要行政單位多位於該區內的 James Clerk Maxwell大樓。衛生、與生命科學、教育系與部份的護理學系則位於全像最大的Franklin-Wilkins 大樓。
Guy's校區: 以建立於1726年的Guy's醫院為主，包含口腔醫學，醫學與生物醫學等學術單位。校區在倫敦橋旁。
St Thomas' 校區: 位於泰晤士河南岸，與大笨鐘和英國國會大廈相對。部份醫學系與牙醫系為於該校區內的St Thomas' 醫院。而名聞遐邇的南丁格爾紀念館也設於醫院內。
Denmark Hill 校區:位於倫敦南邊，校區內包含了國王學院醫院、Maudsley醫院與精神病研究所。國王學院的宿舍King's College Hall也在此區。
