神经质

心理学研究中,神经质(英语:Neuroticism),或译情绪不稳定性等,被认为是一种基本的人格特质。 例如,在人格特质理论的五大人格方法中,神经质得分高的人比平均水平更容易情绪化,且更容易经验焦虑担心恐惧愤怒挫折羡慕嫉妒内疚沮丧孤独感觉[1]

神经质指数得分高的人,被认为有患常见精神障碍情绪障碍焦虑症物质使用障碍等相关部分已被进行研究)[2][3],以及精神官能症的风险[4]

情绪不稳定性与低情绪商数(EQ)相关,包括情绪调节、动机和人际关系技能较低[5]
