摩摩喳喳
外观
摩摩喳喳(Bubur cha cha、bobo cha cha或momo cha cha),是来自马来西亚及新加坡的甜汤,可以做冰品,也可以温热时食用,有点类似台湾的西米露。是马来西亚、印度尼西亚、泰国、新加坡、越南等东南亚国家代表性食物[1]。
主要原料有椰奶、亚答籽、西米露等,[2] 也会加入芋头丁、地瓜丁,及像红毛丹、龙宫果、菠萝蜜等南洋水果。
此甜点在港澳称喳咋(Cha Cha),配料以豆类为主[3],近来亦有添加芋头或蕃薯的喳咋。

This dish is known as Cha Cha in Hong Kong, and the ingredients differ somewhat, with more use of beans than sweet potato and taro.
