伊格尔·古琴科
伊格尔·谢尔盖耶维奇·古琴科（俄語：Игорь Сергеевич Гузенко，1919年1月13日—1982年6月28日）是一名苏联格鲁乌的译电员，1943年起在渥太华的苏联驻加拿大使馆工作。1945年9月5日他带着密码本和109份关于苏联在西方谍报活动的文件叛逃到加拿大皇家骑警队。这迫使威廉·莱昂·麦肯齐·金组建了皇家谍报活动调查委员会。逮捕了39名间谍嫌疑人，其中18人被法庭定罪，包括加拿大共产党唯一的国会议员。
古琴科的叛逃曝光了约瑟夫·斯大林窃取核机密和当时还不为人知的潜伏特工计划。“古琴科事件”被认为是冷战的导火索。
