昆達里尼

昆達里尼（梵語：कुण्डलिनी，kuṇḍalinī，坦米爾語 : வாலை，泰語: กุณฺฑลินี，英語：Kundalini），又譯為亢達里尼、軍荼利、靈量、拙火，梵文原義是捲曲的意思，印度瑜伽認為，其為有形的生命力，是性力的來源，蜷曲在人類的脊椎骨尾端的位置。傳統印度常以女神，或是沉睡的蛇來作為象徵。類似於中醫與道家所說的精或先天的炁，印度瑜伽修行者認為，通過修練瑜伽，將可以喚醒沈睡在身體中的昆達里尼，使它通過中脈，最終到達「梵我合一」的境界。

昆達里尼被認為位於海底輪的位置。身體的右脈與左脈，將氣傳送至海底輪，兩者力量的結合，形成昆達里尼，昆達里尼的能量則進入中脈，往上到達頂輪。
