四土話是一種嘉絨語支語言，分布在四川。名稱意為「四個土司」，土地改革運動前，馬爾康市屬於卓克基、梭磨、松崗和黨壩四個土司，故被稱為「四土地區」。[2]

- 馬爾康市南半(53個村)
- 卓克基鎮、松崗鎮、馬爾康鎮及周邊村落
- 白灣鄉、梭磨鄉、黨壩鄉
